WIN A TRIP FOR TWO – TERMS AND CONDITIONS – JANUARY 2012

Entry

1. Each completed and paid for purchase of $20 (including shipping of $8 where applicable) during the promotional period entitles one entry into the draw.

2. Each completed and paid for purchase of $20 will earn the entrant a unique entry code. This entry code(s) will be emailed to the email address supplied during check out once the order had been dispatched. If for any reason an order cannot be fulfilled and needs to be refunded, entry codes will be voided.

3. Multiple increments of $20 purchases within one order will result in multiple entries and multiple codes. Any surplus value on any order is not transferable to a future order.

4. The promotional period is 27th January – 2012 – 9am March 12th 2012.

Winning & Claiming

5. There is one trip for two adults to be won for three nights in Rarotonga. The prize includes return economy airfares ex Auckland for two adults to Rarotonga, three nights accommodation at The Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa (including a daily Tropical breakfast), and return transfers to and from The Rarotongan from the airport.

6. There will be one winning entry code administered to one winning entrant during the promotional period. Entry codes will be sent via email to the email address attached to the order after payment has been received. If for any technical reason the email is not received or is filtered by the entrants email client, it is up to the entrant to follow up with Sexgear Ltd within the promotional period. Inquiries concerning emails not received outside of the promotional period will not be addressed.

7. The winner can claim their prize by checking their code(s) online at www.sexgear.co.nz/am-i-a-winner/ on Tuesday 13th March 2012. This site will be live from 9am Tuesday 13th March 2012 until 9am Wednesday 14th March 2012.

8. If the winning code is not checked and claimed at this site, during this time period, the prize is forfeited.

9. Once the winning code had been claimed at www.sexgear.co.nz/am-i-a-winner/ the winner will be notified by Sexgear Ltd via email. The winner must reply to this email within 48 hours with the correct details (name as appears on passport) of themselves and their delegated accompaniment, and the dates they wish to travel. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the prize.

10. Travel must be taken during August 1st – August 31st 2012. Subject to availability.

11. Once Sexgear has booked all inclusions of the prize under the names provided, they cannot be edited or transferred.

The prize

12. The prize is one trip for two adults to be won for three nights in Rarotonga. The prize includes return economy airfares, on an airline selected by Sexgear, for two adults to Rarotonga ex Auckland, three nights accommodation at The Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa (including a daily Tropical breakfast), and return transfers to and from The Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa from the Rarotonga Airport.

13. It is the winner’s responsibility to get themselves and their delegated accompaniment to and from Auckland International Airport in time for their flights.

14. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and hold a current New Zealand passport.

15. Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.

16. All other travel expenses which are not included are the responsibility of the prize winner e.g. departure taxes, transfers within New Zealand, travel insurance, meals etc.

17. All decisions made by the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The winner and their accompaniment must arrange their own travel insurance. This must be a complete cover policy which includes all unforeseen circumstances including (but not limited to) delayed flights, medical incidents and acts of God.

19. All specific inclusions outlined above are optional prize components. There will be no payment or reimbursement for any optional prize components that are not required or used.

Publicity

20. The winner’s details may be used by Sexgear for future promotional purposes at any time or times in any media without compensation due or payable to the winner or winner’s nominee.

21. A winner may not conduct interviews with print or electronic media concerning the Promotion without Sexgear’s consent

General

22. Sexgear reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.

23. Sexgear reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Sexgear decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

24. Sexgear reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the Promotion at any stage, for any reason.

25. Sexgear takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise.

26. To the fullest extent permitted by law Sexgear will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.

27. All entrant personal details will be held by Sexgear and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry via email to info@sg.co.nz.

28. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and in any manner at Sexgear’s sole discretion.

29. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
